We built OmniPDF with privacy in mind from day one. When you upload a file to our servers for processing:
- Encryption: All files are transmitted via secure HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Zero Retention: Your uploaded original files and the processed output files are completely and irreversibly deleted from our servers immediately after the processing session expires or within a maximum of 2 hours.
- No Access: Our automated systems handle the processing. No human ever looks at or accesses the contents of your files.
2. Information We Collect
Since OmniPDF does not require account registration to use our core tools, we collect minimal information. We may collect non-personally identifiable information such as browser type, operating system, and IP address for the sole purpose of analyzing site traffic and improving our service reliability.
3. Third-Party Services
We do not share your documents or data with third-party advertising or marketing agencies. We utilize trusted cloud infrastructure providers to process files securely, all of which are bound by strict data processing agreements and compliance certifications.
