OmniPDF provides a suite of online document manipulation tools, including but not limited to PDF merging, compressing, converting, and editing. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload to OmniPDF. We do not claim any ownership rights over your documents.

3. Limitation of Liability

OmniPDF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained at the site, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, or viruses.

4. Service Modifications

OmniPDF reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
